What does the qualification cover?
This qualification is designed for students with an interest in any of the health and fitness contexts such as exercise, lifestyles and diet. L1 is appropriate for students who are looking to develop a significant core of knowledge and understanding, and want to apply that knowledge in preparing, planning and developing a health and fitness programme.
The NCFE L1 Certificate in Health and Fitness is at least the size of one GCSE and can count towards the new Progress 8 and Attainment 8 indicators.
How many credits are required to complete it?
